PIN DROP: Le Petit Saint is Mayfair’s new must-visit beauty and wellness clinic

Le Petit Saint, the new branch of the Australian cosmetic doctor Dr. Joseph Hkeik, whose clients include Rita Ora, Miranda Kerr and Eva Mendes, is the perfect stopover for anyone needing to fit a week’s worth of treatments into just a few hours. Step through the gleaming pink door on Charles Street and discover sensational interiors (by architect and interior designer Blainey North), seamless injections and skin rejuvenation treatments, and a wide range of intensive facials. Then, head to the basement wellness area to schedule everything from energizing hyperbaric hydroxy therapy to psychoacoustic energy pod sessions, pressotherapy, infusions, and more.

I met with Dr. Met Joseph to find out more about moving from Australia to London…

Congratulations on the opening of Le Petit Saint. Why did you choose London for your newest clinic?

London has always felt like a global hub for beauty, culture and innovation. Many of our customers spend time here, so the city has become an extension of the world we serve. And they actually encouraged me to think about London. The city has an incredible appetite for excellence and I knew Le Petit Saint could bring something fresh and meaningful to the landscape.

What surprised you most about the opening?

The openness. London customers are curious, informed and deeply receptive to the idea of beauty as something revealing, personal and emotionally grounded.

What sets the clinic apart from other high-end offerings in terms of its treatment philosophy, technology and patient experience?

Le Petit Saint brings the philosophy of the Church of Skin to London. We focus on revealing beauty rather than applying it, using thoughtful artistry, advanced technology and a deeply human approach.

How does your career as an artist inspire your work?

My background in art guides everything I do. When I sculpt or paint, I see the entire composition before making a single stroke. I also apply the same approach to my face. I map, consider proportions and plan the outcome before I begin. Medicine gave me knowledge and art gave me vision. In the clinic, the technology is chosen very consciously and always supports the artistic process instead of overwhelming it.

Entering Le Petit Saint is a feast for the senses. How did you design the space and its atmosphere?

I wanted it to feel like a creative escape. The space is designed to feel like a studio where art and medicine meet. There is texture, movement and a sense of quiet inspiration.

I want every client to feel the same peace and grounding that I feel when I create. Beauty is both emotional and physical, so the environment must gently embrace the person. I wanted to appeal to people who understand that beauty is both felt and seen, and creating this environment naturally attracts this group. Beauty is harmony. It’s something you uncover, not something you force. It should feel connected to the soul. The feeling is visual.

We worked with interior designer Blainey North, who I have worked closely with for years. Their understanding of my vision allowed us to create a space that felt intimate and warm.

Which of your treatments should we all try?

I would start with our personal consultation because every journey begins with understanding the client’s face, skin and emotional goals. Together, we will create a plan that honors the integrity of your features and supports long-term skin health. From there, I often recommend the Saint Quantum Lift for structure and radiance, followed by a tailored laser treatment to restore clarity and luminosity. Everyone should also experience our unique Triple Detox treatment. It combines three powerful technologies to reboot, refresh and energize the face and body.

What aesthetic innovation are you most excited about right now?

I am continually inspired by treatments that are in harmony with my craft. Injectables remain among the most powerful tools we have at our disposal to sculpt balance and restore proportion, but the innovations that excite me are the technologies that support this artistry, particularly regenerative and collagen-stimulating treatments that improve skin quality. Rexonage is a great example because it strengthens the skin from within and improves collagen function. If the canvas is strong, the sculpture will be even more refined, natural and durable.
